Basically, I needed an easy tool to generate grids in CSS gradients, so I created this.. I simply put in values, copy the generated CSS and apply to my container element - that way I can see how the columns increase/decrease when I resize my browser window. Useful? Hey, what works for me might not work for you, but feel free to use it in any way, shape or form.
I know... Apparently some browsers have difficulties renderings the gradients consistently, which Eric Meyer talks about here (not the exact same issue, but they seem related) - I'm not going to do something about it other than hope it will be improved in future browser updates. Besides, It seems to work reasonably well when there are 16 columns or less, which works for me.
Yeah, and I would like 25 hours in a day as well - I made the tool (very quickly) for me, and I'm not going to bother with little details. Also, it only works with JavaScript enabled. Tough luck for the one frontend developer out there who has decided to turn off JavaScript.
